Arcade Fire - Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains.)
Regine rocked my face off with this song. New track from Arcade Fire’s latest release The Suburbs.

such an un-Arcade Fire track. don’t care, love it.
To everyone who says this is the best new Arcade Fire song, it is. To everyone who says it sounds nothing like Arcade Fire, it doesn’t. To everyone who wants to make rad dancedancedance remixes out of it, please do.
A compelling reason to keep buying CDs: reading the liner notes is less dorky than compulsively googling lyrics while playing an album on the laptop. (But I guess, who’s judging?) I sat down to gave The Suburbs a proper listen — that first go around on my crappy earbuds does not count — and was blown away. Not that I know what is good music because I only know to respond to music viscerally. But it perfectly distilled my current frame of mind. Years, decades, from now, I will remember this album as the one I listened to when I was 20, thinking nostalgically to my suburban adolescence and trying to figure out the future.
Quit these pretentious things and just punch the clock.
